Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) or formerly known as Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia and is governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001). HRD Corp/HRDF is mandated by the Malaysian government to promote the development of a skilled local workforce that contributes to Malaysia's vision of becoming a high-income economy
